Reservation Policy
Happy Hotel Room Type
We have three type of room in the hotel. They are superior (22) rooms, Deluxe (22) rooms and Family (8) rooms. Total room are (52) rooms.
The above rates include complimentary Buffet Breakfast.
5% government tax and 10% service tax include.
Complimentary late checkout till 13:00PM (Upon room availability).
Children under (8) years old can share the room their parents free of charges. We will charges 15000Ks for the children who are above (8) years old.
Reservation
It can be done by the indications shown below:-
(1) Arrival / Departure date and time.
(2) Number of guests and type of room and some other arrangements.
(3) Method of payment for all expenses including meals, communication, transportation and mini-bar consumptions.
Group Rooming List
A complete rooming list must be received by the Hotel at least (7) days prior to the group's scheduled arrival, flight details and requirements.
Early Departure
In the event of that a guest / guests check out earlier than confirmed date, there will be paid Payment for the balance of the stay.
Terms and conditions
A. If the Reservation cancelled or amended (reducing the number of room / night). 2 days prior to arrival date, a 50% cancellation fees will be levied for each room / night.
B. If the reservation cancelled or amended (reducing the number of room / night) no show to arrival date. a 100% of cancellation fees will be levied for each night.
